HER APPROACH
At the heart of Charvee’s work is a simple understanding: we are all living inside a story.
Not a dramatic or mythical one, but a deeply human one, shaped by relationships, habits, emotions, fears, desires, and the choices made over time. Folktales and fairy tales have always spoken to this inner life. They hold emotional wisdom that often feels familiar before it is fully understood, and they offer ways of making sense of change, loss, longing, and growth.
In her work, the story is not used as a theory or a metaphor. It is used as experience. Through guided folktale and fairytale meditations, people step into a narrative and begin to notice what feels active, unresolved, or ready to shift within them.
HER "WHY"

Charvee believes that everyone deserves a space they can step into when reality feels too heavy. A space to pause, breathe, reconnect with wonder, and experience something larger than their immediate circumstances. A space that reminds them there is more to life, and that there is more to them. This belief sits at the centre of her work.
She trusts that stories, symbols, and imagination allow people to meet their inner lives without force. They offer perspective, clarity, and steadiness when things feel overwhelming or unclear. Her work exists to hold this space and make it accessible.
MEDITATION & STORY-BASED PRACTICE
Charvee is a meditation teacher whose personal practice is rooted in Samarpan Dhyan, a Himalayan meditation method passed down for over 800 years through her teacher Shri Shivkrupanand Swami's lineage.
This practice has shaped her understanding of meditation as something integrated into daily life rather than separate from it. Its core teaching emphasises remaining engaged with society, relationships, work, and community, while allowing meditation and emotional healing to support self-actualisation.
While her own practice follows this method, the meditations she designs for others take the form of guided journeys through folktale and fairy tales. This is where her background in storytelling and film, and her love for imaginal intelligence, meet meditation. Stories become a natural pathway to enter reflection, awareness, and emotional healing without effort or strain. Her guided meditations are designed to be returned to and lived with over time.
TAROT, DREAMS & ARCHETYPAL READING
Alongside meditation, Charvee works as an intuitive oracle and tarot reader. She reads tarot archetypally, drawing from the heroine’s journey and psychological frameworks influenced by Jung, Maureen Murdock, and Clarissa Pinkola Estés. In her practice, tarot is a way of understanding patterns, transitions, and inner movements rather than predicting outcomes. Dreams and symbols are approached in the same way — as expressions of the inner life asking to be noticed. Her role is to help people understand what is unfolding and how they might respond with clarity and agency.
